§ 1. Validity of the Terms and Conditions and Amendments
1.1 The Almadrassa mobile application, available for free from the App Store and Google Play, is published by Karim Louhnach and developed by Muslim JS. It provides educational content and tools for learning the Quran (hereinafter referred to as « the Application »). The services provided by the Application (access to Surahs, memorization tools, etc.) are made available exclusively under these Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as « T&Cs »). These T&Cs are accessible and printable via the Application and/or the website almadrassa.fr.
1.2 By downloading, installing, and using the Application, you expressly accept these T&Cs. A license agreement is deemed concluded upon the installation of the Application on your device, after reviewing the T&Cs.
1.3 The publisher reserves the right to amend these T&Cs for technical reasons, service expansions, or due to changes in applicable laws. Any modifications will be communicated to users via the Application or by email and will become binding after an opposition period of eight (8) weeks following notification. If you oppose the changes in writing (by email or postal mail) within this period, the contract may be terminated under the conditions set forth in § 10.
§ 2. Conclusion of the Contract and Free Access to the Application
2.1 The Application is free to use. By installing the Application, you enter into a free license agreement with Karim Louhnach. This agreement grants you access to the content and services offered by the Application.
2.2 The publisher reserves the right to suspend or unilaterally terminate this license agreement, without notice, in the event of a serious violation of these T&Cs or for any legitimate reason.
§ 3. Mobile Applications and Distribution Platforms
3.1 The Application can be downloaded free of charge from various app stores (such as the App Store and Google Play).
3.2 The license agreement is concluded upon downloading and installing the Application on your device, following explicit acceptance of the T&Cs.
3.3 In addition to these T&Cs, the terms and conditions of the app stores apply where complementary. In the event of a conflict between these T&Cs and those of the app stores, the latter shall prevail regarding payment and commercial conditions.
§ 4. User Identity and Username Selection
4.1 Some services within the Application may require account creation and the selection of a username.
4.2 You agree to choose a username that does not infringe upon the rights of third parties and aligns with the values of the Application.
4.3 The publisher reserves the right to modify or delete any username deemed inappropriate for technical, ethical, or legal reasons.
§ 5. User Accounts
5.1 Creating a user account is necessary to access the Application.
5.2 You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account.
5.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must promptly notify the publisher in case of unauthorized access to your account.
5.4 The publisher reserves the right to delete any inactive account or any account violating these T&Cs.
§ 6. Required Technical Equipment
The Application is designed to function on mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.) with an internet connection, a compatible operating system, and necessary software updates. You are responsible for maintaining your device and covering any internet connection fees associated with its use.
§ 7. Content and Services of the Application
7.1 The Application provides various educational content and interactive tools for learning the Quran.
7.2 The publisher reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Application’s services and content at its discretion.
7.3 Access to the Application is granted only through the latest available version. You agree to use only the most recent version when connecting.
§ 8. Intellectual Property and Usage License
8.1 All content within the Application (texts, images, videos, audio files, logos, etc.) is protected by intellectual property rights belonging to Karim Louhnach, Muslim JS, or authorized third parties.
8.2 The publisher grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the Application privately on your device.
8.3 Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or distribution, in whole or in part, without the express authorization of the publisher is strictly prohibited.
§ 9. Personal Data Protection
9.1 The collection and processing of your personal data comply with applicable laws.
9.2 The information collected (during account creation or Application usage) is used solely to improve your user experience.

§ 10. Duration of the Contract and Termination
10.1 The license agreement is concluded for an indefinite period and can be terminated at any time by the user without justification via the features provided within the Application.
10.2 The publisher reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Application, without notice, in the event of a serious breach of these T&Cs.
10.3 Upon termination, you shall not be entitled to any compensation or refund. The publisher reserves the right to delete your account and associated data after a reasonable period.
§ 11. Security and Misuse
11.1 You agree not to use any devices or software that could alter or disrupt the Application’s operation (e.g., bots, automated scripts, etc.).
11.2 You are strictly prohibited from exploiting technical vulnerabilities or attempting to bypass the Application’s security measures.
11.3 Any misuse may result in the immediate termination of the license agreement and the deletion of your account without appeal.
§ 12. User Obligations
12.1 You guarantee that all information provided during registration and use of the Application is accurate and complete.
12.2 You agree to comply with all provisions of these T&Cs and any instructions communicated by the publisher.
12.3 In particular, you agree not to share content that infringes third-party rights, violates public morals, or contravenes applicable laws.
§ 18. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
18.1 These T&Cs are governed by French law.
18.2 In case of disputes concerning the interpretation or execution of these T&Cs, the competent courts will be those of the publisher’s registered office, unless otherwise required by law.
